How to connect HP Officejet 4500 printer to computer

The wireless HP Officejet 4500 printer can be connected to a wireless connection by using a wireless router. The printer should be connected to the same network as that of the printer to establish a connection with the computer.

Quick steps to connect a printer to the computer

  • Go to the printer’s control panel
  • Select the network settings from the HP Officejet 4500 printer
  • Navigate to the settings by using the on-screen keys of the printer
  • Select the wireless setup wizard setting from the control panel which can be found under the network settings.
  • Click on it to select it.
  • Choose the appropriate network from the list and click connect.
  • Enter the passcode when prompted by the printer.
  • Check the printer’s screen, and it notifies you about the connection.

  • Enter the passcode of the connection using the on-screen keys of the printer, and after entering it, the HP Officejet 4500 printer notifies you about the successful wireless connection.
