Dual-sided printing HP Laserjet 4200
HP Deskjet 3630 printer supports manual duplex printing. You need to manually insert the other side of the paper for the printing purpose. But this feature saves the paper cost and time. Use the steps mentioned below to begin the printing process.
Quick Steps to print on HP Deskjet 3630 printer
- Open the input tray. Extend the paper width guides for their farthest positions.
- Insert adequate amount of paper into the input tray.
- Slide the paper width guides against the edges of the paper.
- Connect the printer and the system using a USB cable.
- View the printer name on the list of available devices.
- Open a document or photo you intend to print on the system.
- Choose the printer name from the list of available devices
- Enable the Duplex printing option to start the printing process.
Brief instructions to print on both sides using HP Deskjet 3630 printer
- Press the respective buttons to turn on the printer and the system. Open the input tray. Move the paper width guides on the input tray to their farthest positions.
- Load stack of paper into the printer’s input tray. Slide the paper width guides against the edges of the paper. Open the document or photo to print on your system.
- Select the File icon on top of the menu bar. Press the CTRL and P keys at a time to view the Print Dialog box. Locate the Page Layout option.
- Check if the printer and the system are connected using a USB cable. Click the Manually Print on Both sides option. Select Print to start the printing process.
- If you are using a Mac system, select File. Press Command and P keys to view the Print dialog box. Choose the Copies and Pages icon.
- Choose Layout which is located at the middle of the drop-down menu. Find the two-sided printing icon. It may vary based on the operating system’s version.
- If you are using a Safari, select the Two-sided checkbox. Click the Long-edge Binding option in the drop-down menu. Verify if the printer name is connected to the printer.
- View the printer name under the Printer at the top of the window. Choose the printer name in the drop-down menu. Select Print to start the printing process.
- Locate the Page Range option on the Page screen. Type odd or even numbers on the Pages tab. Click Print to begin the printing process.
- Take the printed pages out of the printer. Load the printed side upwards into the printer. Click Print to begin the printing process.

Nothing works on mine it usually prints the same side twice and one side upside down. I hate it. Last time I buy Hewlett bloody Packard. My old Lexmark was brilliant

ReplyDeleteThe flickering HP Deskjet 3630 ink Level symbol indicates that an ink cartridge or ink cartridges need to be replaced. If the printer is not already turned on, press the Power button to switch it on. Firstly, fill the input tray with plain white paper. Open the front door. Then Open the access door to the ink cartridges, and the carriage will be moved to the printer's centre. Before you continue, wait until the carriage is idle and silent. To release the ink cartridge, lightly press down on it and take it out of its slot. After that, remove the plastic tape after removing the fresh ink cartridge from its packing.
